New Smyrna Beach “Rules”

You know why New Smyrna Beach rules? Because New Smyrna Beach only has a few rules. First and foremost, New Smyrna Beach residents and visitors are required to have a good time, and there are so many ways to do just that…

New Smyrna offers a host of engaging events and festivals, from our seafood and art festivals, to our tasteful cook-offs and our spirited block parties, including St. Patty’s Day, Cinco de Mayo and New Year’s…just to name a few. There are surfing Santas, pooch parades and craft beer strolls with visits to all our favorite haunts.

If you are into exploring, you may want to poke around the historic Sugar Mill grounds, meander through our fascinating museums and art galleries or set your sights on dolphin, manatee or bald eagle sightings while you glide down the Canaveral National Seashore on a guided excursion by sea.

Then, of course, there are the varied and delicious dining choices, from waterfront venues where you can chow down on amazingly fresh seafood, outdoor bistros where people watching (margarita in hand) is a sport, historic taverns where the tap beers and good times flow. There are street taco joints to gourmet, outdoor garden Italian, and everything in between.

Yep, New Smyrna Beach definitely rules! With its serene, majestic beauty and its lively personality, New Smyrna Beach is the best of both worlds. Our quaint, enchanting beachside town is also full of goodhearted, hospitable residents who band together when times get tough and lend a helping hand when it is needed. Never are smiles or waves at a deficit in our welcoming, little town. Entering the city limits of New Smyrna Beach is like stepping into a warm hug. Need a hug?
